I am on a mission...to eat better. Really. I am so tired of being tired, and not having any energy that is not artifically supplied (i.e. by infusing myself with tons of caffeine). So I am on to making sure that I eat breakfast daily. Here is what I am eating today! It looks absolutely GORGEOUS and almost too pretty to eat (I did eat it!) the plate is 6" x 8" and full of the rainbow of fruits: pineapple, kiwi, strawberries (and they were delicious!), apples, and a banana.

I have been alternating with fresh fruits, organic Stoneyfield yogurts with natural granolas, eggs with rye toast, and sometimes, but rarely, good for you cereals with tons of fiber (think brans, shredded wheat, etc.) which I love! I am not a sweets breakfast person, I would rather eat pancakes at dinner or late night times rather than first meal of the day. I have found in my not-so-scientific breakfast ritual, that eating 2 eggs in the morning packs the most energy for me throughout the day. The fruit is yummy, and I ended up nibbling on it from breakfast, break and lunch!
